Terms and Conditions

Please take some time to go through our terms and conditions before making an order. 

Our Products

Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value ,quality and colour .

If we are unable to provide your chosen item or a suitable substitution we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 14 days.

Fresh flowers are perishable and will wither naturally. It is normal for flowers to disintegrate, become yellowish or have scars.

Fresh flowers need to be stored under cold temperature (2-5°C), away from direct heat and sunlight. Some flowers will wither more quickly (i.e. hydrangea, roses, matthiola, tulips or other imported flowers.) We are not responsible for any flowers withering due to improper storing or mishandling.

Workshops

Any cancellation of workshop participation must be informed one week prior to workshop date. If cancellation is notified within a week of workshop date, a late cancellation fee of RM 50 will be imposed.

If you miss a reservation without canceling, you will be charged a fee (20% of workshop price).

Amendment of workshop date must be informed at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance to workshop date. We will arrange your participation to the next available slot or workshop date.

We reserve the rights to cancel or postpone a workshop, with valid reasons, up to 48 hours before workshop date.

Orders / Payment

In order to fulfill your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the site


Delivery

Delivery charges  will be applicable and calculated according to delivery location. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your Order Form.

Where incorrect personal and delivery details have been supplied problems or delays in delivery may result, therefore please ensure that you have included the full address details, of the intended recipient and your daytime telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems occur.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that delivery is made on the requested date you acknowledge that in very rare circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In this event you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall refund your payment in full.

In the instance of us not being able to execute delivery due to missing information, incomplete address, order being refused by recipient, nobody available at address, not being able to find neighbours to accept delivery, we may arrange a re-delivery and re-delivery charges will be imposed.

Cancellation

Order cancellation is only allowed if fabrication of flower arrangement is yet to be started, and no special flower or packing material has been purchased for the fabrication of the order. 20% of admin charges will be imposed from total payment made.

Full refund will be made if order is cancelled by us due to whatsoever reason.  We will not absorb any charges that imposed by credit card or payment gateway when full refund is made. Customer will have to pay for the extra charges imposed by credit card or payment gateway when this happened.

Refund

No refund will be done on the following situation:

  • upon starting or completion of flower arrangement,
  • flowers and packing materials has been purchased for special order or requirement.
  • unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect information given by sender.
  • unsuccessful delivery due to whatsoever reason caused by recipient.
  • late delivery for opening / event or funeral caused by incorrect or incomplete information given by sender.
  • late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, flood, unusual traffic jam, riot, etc.


Refund will be made with 10% deduction from total amount as admin fee if we are unable to deliver on time, due to delivery notice given by customer is shorter than required,and customer cannot accept a different delivery timing.

Refund will be done within 14 days upon received of banking details from customer.

You further acknowledge and agree that callifloral shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
